Coronavirus update

Our face to face drop in services have been suspended.

Appointments

We are currently providing appointments via telephone, email and Attend Anywhere (video call). We also offer a limited face to face service.

Attend Anywhere

Attend anywhere is a secure, private video call platform. It was designed for and used primarily by health care practitioners and is now used by some NHS trusts.
No special apps or software is needed to use the platform; you just need to be using either Google Chrome or Apple Safari web browsers.
It can be accessed on any device using these web browsers such as laptops, tablets or mobile phones.
The video call usage is included in the broadband usage and so is free to use unless you pay for your data as you use it.
We can issue you the link to follow to join your appointment in a variety of ways, whichever is easiest to you
-          Text
-          Email
-          Leaflet in the post with a QR code to scan

To arrange an appointment, please phone 01685 382188 or email advice@citizensadvicemt.org.uk, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm, your problem will be assessed and an appointment will be arranged for you with one of our advisers.

Alternatively

To access the national phone service phone 0800 7022 020, free of charge – there may be some delay due to the volume of calls.
