We provide a generalist and specialist advice service via face-to-face, telephone, video call and email.

Funded by the Welsh Government, this project focuses on the provision of advice and casework on complex matters.

Our project mission is to ensure that any carers who access our services, feel more confident in their caring role. The CAB4Carers adviser can help people identify that they are a carer, and ensure that they are getting all of the help and support they need.

COVID-19 has changed our lives in many ways, making that extra bit of help more important than ever. This service helps people who are unsure of what benefits they’re entitled to claim what’s theirs.

We receive funding to deliver energy best deal sessions across Merthyr Tydfil. Funding comes via energy companies and Citizens Advice.

The HSG is an early intervention grant programme to support activity, which prevents people from becoming homeless, stabilises their housing situation, or helps potentially homeless people to find and keep accommodation.

Our Help to Claim service can support you in the early stages of your Universal Credit claim, from the application, through to your first payment.

We are providing pensions guidance across Wales, along with Citizens Advice Caerphilly and Citizens Advice Ynys Môn. This service is funded by DWP.

You’re Hired! Has been operating since 2017 and Is funded by WCVA under the European social fund (ESF). We have two projects that support both under and over 25’s back into employment, through supported paid placements.
